Tarlina Pethiyagoda

Tarlina is a certified Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of collective experience across Yoga, Dance, and Pilates movement modalities. With a background in dance and a passion for movement, Tarlina discovered Yoga as a way to deepen her practice and connect with her body on a deeper level. She was also introduced to meditation and mindfulness at the age of 5 through Theravada Buddhism and sees the practise on the mat beyond dimensions of purely a physical practise.In her classes, Tarlina combines her knowledge of anatomy and alignment with her love of movement to create a dynamic and empowering practice. She is trained in various styles, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and incorporates elements of Dance and Pilates to create a well-rounded practice that challenges both the body and mind. Tarlina has taught in various studios and locations in Southeast Asia and Melbourne and excited to share her practise with the Hot Hut community. She is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space no matter a students intention of exploration. Narrelle Melnick

She draws on traditional wisdom and modalities to support a mothers healing after childbirth, ensuring she can heal to her fullest potential, feel amazing in her body and thrive in her new role as a mother.

We have a roadmap of time-tested practices to guide us through the first forty days after childbirth, mitigating the risks of depletion, isolation, overwhelm, burnout, anxiety depression and a cascade of other issues that have become synonymous with having a baby. 

She places a strong emphasis on very specific, traditional, healing modalities to support a new mothers healing and recalibration. Narelle (SageMamma) provides delicate containers for Mum and Bubs, prenatal and postnatal classes.

Tanu Bodhi

Tanubodhi is a traveler, Yoga teacher, Buddhism practitioner, Handstand, Body movement coach, Kalaripayattu practitioner, and an Ayurvedic massage therapist. He has done his "YOGA" studies in Mysore, South India. 

He has been organizing various programs including Mt Everest Base Camp,  Yoga retreats, working with children, and educational workshops for Yoga teachers and the community which is all about human development and growth! 

He has been traveling for the last 5 years around Asia! He had a chance to practice with great masters and give the maximum amount of time towards his spiritual growth and sadhana. 

He truly believes that he's not here to teach anything to anybody instead of sharing the tools and teaching that help him to become mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually strong, with those tools, he came across so many hurdles, and achieved impossible challenges in his life.
